UnRiddle Support
If you need help with UnRiddle, start with the questions below. If you still need assistance, contact us directly and we'll take it from there.
Open UnRiddle and tap Restore purchases from the subscription screen, which is the screen that shows the available premium plans and pricing. You can also open the User Menu and tap Restore purchases there.
If your purchase still does not appear, make sure you are signed in with the same store account used for the original purchase. If it still does not restore, contact us and we'll help you investigate it personally.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google Play. In UnRiddle, you can open the User Menu and choose Manage Subscription to jump to the store-managed subscription settings.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions and select UnRiddle.
Open the User Menu, then choose Help and Support. From there you can tap Open feedback form to send a report from inside the app.
The feedback form is the best option for bug reports because it can include app logs automatically. You can also email support@unriddle.games or contact@unriddle.games with your device model, OS version, app version, steps to reproduce, and screenshots if you have them.
Open the User Menu, then go to Help and Support and choose Email support, or email us directly at support@unriddle.games or contact@unriddle.games.
We read and answer support emails personally.
In Quote Breaker, you decrypt an encrypted sentence by substituting letters to reveal the quote. Tap a letter in the sentence or on the keyboard to select it, then choose the letter you think it really represents.
Confirm the substitution to lock it in. Correct letters turn green. Wrong guesses cost strikes, and mistakes can also reveal helpful letters, so keep using the pattern of the quote to work toward the full sentence.
If you want a guided start, UnRiddle includes an interactive tutorial with voice-over that walks you through the basics step by step.
In Quote Falls, each column has its own set of letters, and those letters can only drop into the cells directly below that column. Black squares separate words, so finished words read left to right across the rows.
Select a cell, then use the current column's letters to place the right one. You can move around with the controls, erase letters if you want to try again, and wait for hints when you get stuck.
There is also an interactive tutorial with voice-over in the app that shows how the grid, columns, and controls work.
